Profile

Steve Gould is a professional facilitator.

Steve is known as being inspirational and competent.

Initially from a Human Resource background, Steve has facilitated seminars on leadership, people management, and more recently strategic business, organisation change and futures studies. He has partnered, consulted and delivered on a range of futures studies initiatives covering diverse applications in both public and private industry sectors.

Steve is currently completing his PhD titled "Strategic Foresight Leadership:
Critical Elements" at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Steve recently completed his Masters by higher degree research in December 2008. This thesis was titled: "Creating alternative community futures: A community Futures Tragedy". A condensed version of this thesis findings have been published and are available under publications.

I am a member of the Association of Professional Futurist, And full institutional member of the World Futures Studies Federation

I lecture in the Graduate Certificate Program in Futures Studies at the University of the Sunshine Coast(USC) Specifically, I lecture the full courses of FUT101 Futures Studies Tools & Methods and FUT200 Strategic Foresight Leadership
I co-ordinate the Graduate Certificate Program at USC with Dr Marcus Bussey.
